Otherwise you will automatically be charged for the appointment in full.

Instructions for IN-Person Services:

​

1. Please fill out the forms emailed to you when your appointment was scheduled; otherwise, you will need to come early.

 

2. Please bring copies of any relevant laboratory results.

 

During your first visit (approx. 1.0 hour), the Provider will meet with you for a brief intake interview and physical assessment. We assess:

• past and present medical history

• physical activity

• diet

• emotional profile

We will develop a customized treatment plan and therapies. Treatment may include:  NAET© (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques), Acupuncture, and Wholistic Kinesiology
