At the online event, we will practice breathing techniques and guided visualization to create images of place and experiences you find relaxing.

Research has shown that visualization stimulates the creative power of the subconscious mind. It also activates the same brain region when we are visualizing an action or doing that same activity.

It can help promote relaxation, reduce fear and worry, restore peace, and calm your mind.
