Hi everyone. Emotion is an energy in motion in response to situation, chronic negative thoughts, or emotion can disrupt our body's natural flow of energy and might cause an imbalance in our organ system. Acupuncture, tapping involves the tapping along the energy pathways while saying positive affirmation to clear emotional blocks from our body. Its benefits include regulating emotion, maintaining positivity, and optimizing well being.
Shifting from scarcity mindset to prosperity involves Practical Action, mindset shift and changes in behavior. There are three keys that can help us shift our scarcity mindset to prosperity. The first one is acknowledge. This is accepting and reflecting negative thoughts or any limiting beliefs, blocking abundance to flow into our life, saying and affirming the words that resonate with us, with our emotions and beliefs, while tapping to bring the blockages into the surface.
The second one is to transform, change the language that we use to open up possibilities and encourage a solution oriented mindset.
And the third one is embrace, embracing the negative emotion and perceiving its gifts, practicing gratitude to appreciate the abundance that already exists in our lives. This mindset of gratitude can attract even more abundance into our lives. So let's go ahead and practice.
Acknowledge
Even though I feel scarcity, that I don't have enough, I can hardly pay my bills. I'm not good enough. I love and accept myself, even though that I always worried and anxious, how am I going to pay my bills? And how am I going to catch up with all the things that I have to pay? I love and accept myself unconditionally,
Transform
I work hard, and I tried my best to make things better. I go to school, I attend the workshop.
I listen to my teachers, my mentors, my coaches.
I learned to be creative with available resources that I have.
I have wisdom, knowledge, and experience that I can use to help others and serve them.
I choose to see more abundance than scarcity, there are more opportunities
and possibilities that I can imagine.
Embrace.
Take a deep breath. The fear of not having enough, not good enough,
gave me the courage, strength, and faith to push my boundary and reach my highest potential to be of service to others and help others, to be sensible and appreciate what I have.
I am grateful for my good health, fulfilling career, supportive family, beautiful nature around me, mountains, trees, the Ocean, river, lovely weather, helpful friends and neighbors,
supportive family.
I am thankful and trust the universe will always support me, guide me, protect me, protect my family, protect my community, to provide me for all that I needed.
Thank you for all the blessings, the healing, the guidance that the universe is providing me.
I trust and I have faith that everything is going to be okay, everything will fall into place,
that all my hard work will provide the fruits of my labor, all my needs will be met
with the help of my family, my community. The universe will always be there to support me, guide me, bless me.
I am blessed with abundance and prosperity.
My life is filled with love, with peace and joy.
I feel peaceful, calm, happy. I am filled with courage, strength, resilience.
I see and choose to see joy, abundance, prosperity, everywhere.
I am complete. I am good enough.
I am grateful that I have a good health, supportive family, helpful friends, teachers, mentors.

Techniques like tapping and positive affirmations can help clear emotional blocks and reinforce this mindset shift.
